Designathon 2019

Designathon, an exhilarating overnight collaborative event, brings together students to lend their talents to local non-profits. Guiding a team of two sophomores, we embarked on a creative journey to craft a series of four posters for the 2020 Healing Through the Arts exhibition. Our innovative approach involved incorporating photos of the winning artwork from the 2018 and 2019 shows to create a captivating mandala design. To complement this visual centerpiece, we employed the timeless art of letterpress printmaking to craft the striking headline, which due to the nature of the blending ink, no two posters are the same.
